Students currently studying in recognized private medical colleges who have cleared 2nd Professional Examination are eligible to apply.

?Certificate mentioning category of seatat whichyou have been admitted inpresent institutioni.e.open merit, foreign / overseas, PC or any other etc.
?Disciplinary record (If any), otherwise clean conduct certificate.
?Any other detail/ achievement.
?Provisional NOC for migration duly signed by the Principal of present institution.
